1)How to type Kannada letters in other programs like an MSWord, Photoshop, and PageMaker etc.
2) Using Nudi you can type Kannada, using baraha you can other languages like telugu, tamil, hindhi also for details see below.

First Install Nudi software to your computer…, (you can download the free software from the Google), after go to programs menu select nudi direct.

After that you will get nudi shortcut on the taskbar. See the picture… 

1) Now open ms word or any other program.

2) Change msword font to nudi.01, nudi.02 etc.., from the format menu.

3) Press Scroll Lock key from the keyboard and start typing you will get Kannada fonts.

4)that’s all…, and one more thing…, while installing nudi it will ask like a “DO YOU WANT TO OPEN NUDI PROGRAM EVERY TIME YOU ON THE COMPUTER..?” so that you should select “NO”, otherwise the nudi give u a lots of trouble each time you switch on your computer.

5) When you don’t need the Kannada fonts. Off the Scroll lock key from the keyboard and click the nudi icon on the task bar and close it.

6) Pressing scroll lock key is very important.

7) If you already know this I’m very happy.., but pass this to someone who doesn’t know about this.
8) FOR KEY WORD HELP STUDY FILE NAMED "KEY COMBINATION" AVAILABLE ON START MENU




USING BARAHA SOFTWARE IN OTHER PROGRAMS:


Install Baraha software to your computer, (software freely available in google) , 
1)than Go to Start Buttion Click on Baraha Direct, as soon as you click the button you will get a baraha icon on right side of task bar at the bottom, (see the picture 2)
2) click on the icon to select the language which you required you can select kannada, telugu, tamil, hindi languages if you want.
3) after the EN icon on the task bar changes KN or any other language you selected (see the picture 3)
4) Go and open any program (word, notepad, Photoshop etc) select the kannada font and start typing.. (see the picture 4)
5) for help and keys which you need to type open baraha pad from start menu, click on help menu

BRH KANNADA RN --> KANNADA
BRH DEVANAGARI--> HINDI
BRH TELUGU RN --> TELUGU
BRH TAMIL RN --> TAMIL
